A little on Cocolobo
The group of lodges was designed in 2005 by an award-winning young British environmental architect. Full advantage has been taken of local building materials, skills and knowledge. Honey-colored Honduran pine is used throughout for construction, complemented by local hardwoods for doors, furniture and trim. Enjoy the natural light breezes that are characteristic of the island. "Breezeways" between the rooms in the east and west lodges channel air into the bedrooms.

- What type of property does Cocolobo offer? Studio Style condo units with kitchenettes, cottages with full kitchen and Superior 2BR/2.5BA 2-story homes. Each unit has a safe for your ease of mind, and also Cocolobo has on-site overnight security. We provide an unlimited supply of drinking water, pool/beach towels (1 per person), lots of answers and help with fun activities all over the island.
- Cancellation Policy? We strongly advise to purchase travel insurance just in case an emergency arises and you can not travel. The 50% deposit for reservations is NON-refundable, and the balance will be charge for any no-show.

"This was such a wonderful find in Roatan - will absolutely stay again. The room was perfect, with a breeze that flowed through it, and the location was peaceful & quiet. The property and the views are stunning, and you're just a 5-10 min walk from the center of West Bay. To boot, Chery and the rest of the staff are lovely and accommodating. I miss it all already!"

"Views from the room and pool were amazing. I liked being able to hang out in the hammock on my deck and watch sunset. It was a wonderful place away from the noise of the main strip, but still a short walk from town and restaurants."

"Absolutely loved this place! The staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean and had the prettiest view. Breakfast was delicious. It was very peaceful and quiet and it was also walking distance to many food places and the beach. Very easy to get over to west bay by taxi or water taxi!"
